MOQs vary by product category and manufacturer. For simpler categories like toners or mists, first orders can start from around $5,000. Most categories fall in the $7,000-$14,000 range for first orders.

* Further MOQ reductions may be possible, though typically at the cost of longer lead times or higher unit prices.
The Starter fee is non-refundable (unless we can't match you with a suitable manufacturer, in which case we refund it), and it's 100% credited toward your production order if you proceed within 90 days of final sample approval. Think of it as a deposit, not a fee.
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs at the start of every engagement, and all factory introductions are made under the same protections. For trademark protection, we can connect you with our partner US trademark attorneys for USPTO filings.
Yes. Under MoCRA, cosmetics sold in the US must be registered with the FDA. Registration can be done up to 120 days after launch. The FDA itself doesn't charge a fee for registration or listing. What you pay for is the filing work, which through our network typically runs around $150 per product. A US Responsible Person, if you need one, is quoted separately. Our Compliance package covers all of it.
Plan for 14-18 weeks total: Concept (1-2 weeks), Sampling (2-4 weeks), Production (8 weeks for first run), Shipping (2 weeks air / 4-6 weeks sea). Reorders move significantly faster.
