Seoul Beauty Labs is a Seoul-based sourcing and project management company for K-beauty brands. Korea has hundreds of small and mid-size cosmetics manufacturers that make export-quality products at minimums a new brand can afford. Most of them have no overseas sales team. We are that bridge.
Because we aren't tied to one factory, we pick the one that is strongest in your category: a serum specialist for your serum, a sun care line for your sunscreen. You get one contact, one price per unit and one portal for the whole project.
Before founding Seoul Beauty Labs, Kangmin (Gavin) Park ran US operations for more than 10 K-beauty brands on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart and Shopify. That's why we plan products for the shelf they're going to, not just the factory floor.

No. Seoul Beauty Labs is a sourcing and project management company. We work with a network of 100+ Korean small and mid-size cosmetics manufacturers and choose the right one for each product, so you are never limited to what one factory's lines do well.
From the Starter package ($299 to $499, credited to production) and from our project management, which is built into the unit price. There is no separate markup added on top.
In Seoul, South Korea. We visit factories in person, check samples and quality before shipment, and talk to the factory in Korean while we talk to you in English.
