Start with the Starter

Accept the Starter agreement online and your invoice is issued right away. We match the manufacturer and develop samples. The fee ($299 to $499) is credited to production if you order within 90 days of final sample approval.

Samples, feedback, decisions

Message your project lead, share mood boards and briefs, and leave feedback on each sample round. We take it to the lab in Korean, precisely.

Production and launch

Contract, production invoice, quality checks, documents and shipping, tracked through to delivery. Works the same on your phone.

The more you bring (brand identity, references, design assets), the faster each stage moves. Reorders are significantly faster.

Concept

Sample

Manufacturer matching, formula development, sample rounds until approval.

Week 6 to 14

Produce

Packaging, compliant labels, production and QC.

Week 15+

Launch

Air (about 2 weeks) or sea (4 to 6 weeks), registration, delivery to your 3PL.

Is it free to start?

Yes. Sending a request and getting your price range is free, with no commitment. You pay only when you decide to start sampling with the Starter package.

How fast do you reply?

Within 3 business days, with a price range or the questions we need answered to give you one.

What if my budget or MOQ doesn't fit?

We tell you plainly and say what would make it work, for example a stock formula, a different container or a smaller first order.

I already work with you by email. Do I need to switch?

You can sign in with the email you use with us and follow your project there. Email still works.
